A Faster, Smarter Way to Manage Access
Spintly on Wednesday launched its updated mobile access control app, called V3, introducing a cleaner design, improved performance, and simplified navigation for everyday tasks like unlocking doors, managing users, and checking access history.
V3 app is rebuilt from the ground up with simplicity and speed in mind. Based on direct user feedback and field experience, this release introduces a modern UI, improved offline support, and faster access to core actions, all while maintaining reliability across varied network conditions.
The update will roll out in phases, beginning with iOS users this week, followed by Android users next week. New Spintly users will start directly on the V3 app.
Here’s what the new app looks like-
From the moment you open the new app, V3 feels noticeably faster and more refined. The redesigned home screen is clean and focused, showing exactly what you need ,no extra clutter.
The bottom navigation bar puts Doors, Console, and Help & Support within immediate reach, so common tasks take fewer taps.
Opening a door now gives you real-time visual feedback, with smooth animations confirming that your action was successful. The app responds faster, even in low connectivity situations, and critical actions like access control still work offline with automatic background syncing once you’re reconnected.
The Console now doubles as a control hub and personal ID card useful when verifying identity or managing access permissions on-site.
We’ve redesigned the navigation bar to help you get where you need to go with fewer steps. Whether you’re opening doors, accessing your digital ID, or reaching support, the most-used features are now just one tap away.
Under the hood, V3 includes performance improvements such as reduced app launch time, better offline handling for access events, and more efficient syncing in the background. These upgrades make daily use more reliable, especially in low-connectivity environments.
To reduce friction and support a wider range of access needs across different environments .. We’ve added
We’ve made deep performance optimizations (and we’re validating more with our tech team), including:
If you’re a current user, you’ll see the update automatically. We’d love your feedback and are excited for you to try it.
